1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Engagix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Engagix provides a WhatsApp Marketing and Customer Engagement Platform that enables businesses to send broadcast messages, automate conversations, manage team inboxes, and analyze campaign performance through the official WhatsApp Business API.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Send unsolicited messages or spam
  • Violate WhatsApp Business API policies or Meta guidelines
  • Use the platform for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit malware or malicious code
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Engagix platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Engagix and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engagix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
